Em geral, a estrat\u00e9gia priorizou a continuidade do atendimento entre os canais, focando em reduzir esfor\u00e7os, otimizar o tempo de resposta e garantir a consist\u00eancia na experi\u00eancia.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Outro destaque foi o \u00edndice de resolu\u00e7\u00e3o no primeiro atendimento (FCR), que permaneceu elevado, com 97%, refletindo a capacidade da equipe em resolver as demandas dos clientes de forma efetiva j\u00e1 na intera\u00e7\u00e3o inicial.
